Accessibility

We have an employee who is registered blind and uses a screen reader (Fusion and Jaw). The Access Evo training is not accessible to her as her screen reader can not navigate to the training modules. Once supported into the training training modules her screen reader does not follow the information or questions. also when any training includes any PDF information she is also unable to access this.

In the UK, the law mandates that public sector bodies ensure their websites and mobile applications are accessible to all, including those using screen readers. This means websites must be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust, as defined in the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018. The Equality Act 2010 also plays a role, requiring reasonable adjustments to be made to ensure disabled people have equal access to services and information.

    Good morning,

We are working hard on improving our accessibility. In the meantime, we have a holding statement available here: Accessibility Holding Statement for Learning - September 2025.pdf

    Best wishes,

    The Access Team

    Hello,

Thank you for raising the idea. I'd welcome the opportunity of discussing this further, in particular the challenges around navigating to the learning modules. Do let me know if you'd be open to a call?

    Best wishes,

    Kirstie

Hi @Guest thanks for raising this. Can I ask which modules the employee is accessing and we can investigate.
