It would be very helpful if the File Name could be included as an additional field when running an activity progress report.
At the moment, we regularly upload multiple versions of the same module throughout the training year to reflect minor updates. Each version is saved with a version number and upload date in the file name. However, the current reporting only shows the Activity Code and Activity Name, which makes it impossible to identify which version of a module a user has completed.
If the report could display both the Activity Name and the File Name, we would be able to clearly distinguish between versions without needing to add version numbers to the activity titles. This would greatly improve accuracy and reduce administrative work when tracking completions.
