Create Sub Categories in Finder Editor without having to add a piece of content in to the main Category Library

Currently when you create a main Category and then Sub Categories, you have to add a piece of content in to the main category for the sub categories with content in to be visible.

This should work like the Access catalogues where you have a main catalogue title and then the sub catalogues/folders sit under there with the content in. You do not have to add content to the main catalogue to then view the content in the sub catalogues. But you do have to do this in Finder Editor.
