If a module is within a pathway with a due date that pre-dates the parent pathway, can this be separated and made easier for the user to find, potentially on a belt or a link within automated emails

We have new starters who's pathways can remain open for a period of time, as and when new relevant content is released if it is deemed relevant for New Starters, it goes in the Pathway. We frequently have Line Managers and Colleagues asking where the content that is due imminently.
