All other module reports have the ability to specify a time frame window to pull the data from, but the course reports do not have this ability. We train some content on a quarterly basis and reset the progress quarterly. If progress is currently in a reset status on the modules within a course, the time spent shows as zero due to not being able to specify the window of time to which I need to show to external auditing purposes.
Hi - totally agree with you, however I found a way that makes it possible to do this using the 'Filters and Sorting' area in the report. Here it is....
Add two 'Completion Date' filters - one with 'Exact Date' 'Greater than and equal to' for the first date and the second one with 'Exact Date' 'Less than equal to'.
It works, HOWEVER it doesn't name the fields with this criteria so you have to know how it is set up to know how to use it - having a relevantly named field would be a really useful fix, Access!
