It would be useful if there was an option to turn on mandatory reflective statement at the end of a course, a bit like how you can switch on ratings which pops up at the end when you click 'Leave'. I know there is the option to turn this on within the scheme however it means learners having to navigate to their CPD log to add a reflective statement on each individual completed module / course which is clunky and involves constant chasing.
