LMS Evo does not pull in 'Known as' name from employee data. It uses first name instead. We have a lot of employees who have different 'known as' names to their legal first names. This means that emails are sent to them with the wrong name, and on the new LMS Evo homepage it says "first name's learning" at the top which highlights even more that the system is using the incorrect name. Please can this be changed.
