Currently this setting is set to off (unticked). Profile Intials > Preferences > Email Reminders > My Learning Reminders
If this is the setting that allows email reminders to be received by the users, it is critically important that it is set to 'ON' by default.
If this isn't for that purpose - can you enlighten me as to what its for?

Thank you for your query regarding the Training Reminders Setting.
This setting controls whether a learner receives periodic email reminders summarising the training listed in their Learning Belt. These reminders include:
A breakdown of assigned learning
The current status of each item
A direct link back to the learner’s My Learning page for easy access
This setting is separate from email reminders configured for specific events or learning content, which are managed independently.
