It would be very useful if Admin users were able to easily access user's accounts to see the system from their perspective to help address queries or system problems. The only current way to do this is request that they share screen and navigate around to try and show the problem. It would save so much time and also reduce the need to raise support queries as we could fix a lot of the issues ourselves and it would improve user experience of the system as well.
asking a user to set up the impersonation rights is very long-winded, and a frustrating extra step to have to ask our learners to take, so an alternative would be great. We also often have to spend time screen sharing to try and help confused learners.
Impersonation rights also dont work for users who only have the app available to them - is there something set up for these users so we can access their accounts?
Hi Kathryn,
It is possible to login as a user, if they grant you impersonation rights. You can read more about this here: https://accessgroup.my.site.com/Support/s/article/Access-Workspace-Impersonation-rights?language=en_US
Do let me know if you have any questions.
Best wishes,
The Access Team
