Remove user with relationship responsibilities within the LMS once they have been deactivated.

When a user is deactivated their relationships remains within the LMS until manually removed or replaced from individual profiles.

To find out someone's completion date for an activity, you have to run a report or go to someone's profiled, you should be able to see it at a glance from the course level (in the users and rules section)
