Learning Labs: Access LMS Evo Ideas Portal
The Digital Assistant (chatbot) icon in the bottom right corner of the LMS's screen gets in the way of interactive elements within activities. For example it sits right over the top of the 'Next' button in our Storyline courses - see screenshot attached. Please can Access make the icon moveable or hideable!

We are aware of the difficulties of the Digital Assistant and are working hard with the team to position this more appropriately. The presence of the Digital Assistant is not a product decision unfortunately, and we cannot control if it is moveable/hideable, but we are hoping to find a suitable position for it soon.

The AI chat bot is now on the left side and is worse, if there is a message outstanding you cannot whatsover make the alert shrink away, it hovers over so much data. This is a terrible function that needs to be out of the way of data, maybe move to the grey menu so it does not interfere with our work?
