CAMERA RECOGNITION FOR HYDRAULIC PRESSING TOOL

FOR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT, USING INFARED FOR HEAT DETECTION IN DEVICES,

LATER ON BUILDING OWN DEVICE OR PROTOTYPE.

I currently work in plant hire, I have been to Germany at Novopress for training, and I work on many other pressing tool devices.

I am qualified to work with: Novopress, Klauke, Milwaukee , Ridgid, viega.

and also repair other mechanical device such as REMS, threaders and Ridgid pumps etc.

I had the opportunity to see the workshop, robotics, automation and the use of A.i in mechanical repairs in Germany.

I have began exploring the possibility of A.i in repairs.

I did only one repair using A.I, provided drawings, I was able to gain better insights and also a list of checks provided by the A.i. This is in my home personal workshop.

However, it is a combination of experience, A.i and good work ethics that deliver a great work.

I am thinking camera recognition for parts detection, heat sensors finding faulty, work on prototype, making modification and also in the future, perhaps an apprentice could easily make a repair.

It is an adventure worth exploring.
