how to speak to staff and visitors with manners and respect

it is useful because i have worked with and continue to work with staff that have got no manners or respect when speaking to staff or visitors to the home. There is also staff that just walk away and even acknowledge the person in front of them and also walk away from someone who is talking to them. I find that so rude and disrespectful. In this line of work/career the was you speak to people and acknowledge them goes a long way. YOU give respect you get respect back.
