It appears that when an admin sets up a schedule against a report only that person can see the fact the schedule exists. i.e. I set up two schedules under my profile and another admin sets up one, I believe both of us should be able to see all three when reviewing and if these are not made available there needs to be an option to copy from one admin profile to another in case one leaves. The only option to consolidate at the minute would seem to be to create a new user 'scheduler' and always use this to create schedules which just takes up an additional license. This is my understanding having followed this through via support.
Completely agree. I currently have an issue where an administrator set up a scheduled report but she has now left and I can't edit/delete that schedule even though I have permission to access and edit the actual report. This doesn't make any sense.
