Sometimes events have to be archived. We cannot fully delete the archived event if we choose to. It sits in the background with data within.
I am streamlining addresses used in events area so that 'event arrangers' choose addresses from drop down. Some archived events are locked now and we cannot alter addresses.
Streamlining addresses helps with data reports. Lots of irregular data on the site which is locked hinders what we can and cannot do. So either let us fully delete or reactivate/amend our archived data please.
