It would be helpful to have the ability to suspend an account temporarily—this would stop email reminders from being sent while still allowing us to assign content, ensuring nothing is missed when the individual returns to work.
Having reporting functionality for suspended accounts would also be beneficial, as it would allow us to avoid chasing individuals and their line managers while they are out of office.
