For live training events, attendance is marked directly by the Training Department. However, the system currently requires each user to go back into their CPD record separately to complete a reflective statement before the hours are logged. This process is time-consuming, adds little value for events already managed centrally, and can lead to incomplete CPD logs if users forget to return to complete. It would be helpful if there was an option to add a default reflective statement during the event set up to all attendees for a specific event, or Disable the reflective statement requirement entirely for designated event types, while still allowing the CPD hours to be automatically added to users’ logs. We do want them to add a reflective statement after any LMS eLearn module.
