Currently we need to setup multiple email templates (2 week before due date... On due date... 2 weeks after due date, 4 weeks after due date... etc). Then add all these emails to each activity.
We have 100's of activities!
A single email (once a week) to remind colleagues what is due/overdue is needed.
This need to be able to have a "launch" button for each activity.
PLUS - we must be able to have greater flexibility to who does and doesn't receive the emails. Specifically colleagues who are on LTS or MAT leave.
I have noticed that within a users profile you can now activate a "Training Plan" email at schedules times.
This is better (if not perfect - please let us edit the look - and please allow "launch" links for each activity)
THE PROBLEM IS this needs to be manually turned on for each user! We NEED to be able to globally turn this on, or even better would be to turn it on depending on other profile triggers.
We have 16k+ users, and approx. 50 new starters per day. We simply CAN NOT manage this manually.
Could you group all of the courses into one Pathway, then put the email reminder on the parent pathway which would send reminders until its complete? Could then have the link take them to the pathway and they can see everything they meed to do? (not an employee of Access, just sharing how we do it)
