Being able to duplicate a job tag that you know has the same training assigned, which then reiterates assigned learning throughout the site adding the rules auto to match. Then its a simple change of job tag name to suit newly created role in company.
This would save going through every singe rule to add the new job tag to that training. We have a new role now, I have to assign this to a 'testing profile' we created, then going through approx 35 modules/activities to add this new role to the rules.
Companies do evolve and change/recruit, there is a lot of work when a new role is created.
Hello, thank you for your feedback. We believe a new tool called Automations, that we are introducing next quarter, will help with this. This would be a new template within the tool, which we would consider adding, should it get a lot of votes here!

We have a workaround for this at our company, where we have created Pathways we now call "Job Pathways", then we add all online and offline module/activities to that, the put a rule in their to assign to that specific job tag. Might help yourselves too.
