It would be great if we could mark attendance to events as they actually are, for example:
Fully attended
Partially attended
No Show
Cancelled
It will make reporting on attendance easier as well. I also believe courses that have not been fully attended in the registration still show as outstanding on an individual's account which is not a good end user experience.
Hi we now show non attendance as Cancelled and marked as Failed (this also forces the programme to start sending emails too to rebook and resets the report to show it needs booking). I have exported Cancelled/Failed data to a report I built for 'Event Registration Analysis' and the failed shows through lovely, we can then identify who the main Services are that persistent non attenders work (we have 30 Services)
