I find the pop-up comms when logging in could be a useful tool for admin to have to communicate with all users on things that are coming, or sign-posting them to something important. So an internal comms version. Spotlights and belts are good, but I don't think these are reaching everyone (as they're on the Learner tab, but not all users go here).
