Notify administrators when an accesslms course that is part of an active pathway has been archived, and provide an option (e.g., a button) to automatically replace the archived course with its latest version in the pathway.

Good morning,
We have recently begun notifying customers about courses being archived via Intercom, our digital assistant. You will be told two weeks before and then also on the date of archiving. We also provide a list of suggested next steps. I do understand than an automated element to this would be helpful, so I have left this idea open to track interest from other customers.
