To be able to make a Cancelled Event active again by 'Restore'

Some events are cancelled in error, if we want to make available again we have to copy the entire event piece by piece using 2 learning tabs jumping from one tab to other. The ability to 'restore' again is a simple piece of work rather than a lot of work.

Restore event, but then manually re-add the attendees.
